April 21

Philip Taylor, 19, of Newington Road, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:29 p.m. He will appear in court May 3.

Amanda Sue Cyr, 35, of Ellis Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:18 p.m. She will appear in court May 3.

April 23

Ashley Walker, 36, of Courtney Lane, Raleigh, N.C., was charged with two counts of violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:36 a.m. She will appear in Court May 2.

April 25

Josue Urena, 21, of Jeffrey Lane, Meriden, was charged with not supervising a child under the age of 12 in a public place at 10:40 a.m. He will appear in court May 2.

Frank Michael Fishman, 21, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:01 a.m. He was to appear in court April 26.

April 26

Jessica Eileen Grimm, 36, of North Street, Vinoski, Vt., was charged with reckless driving and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:08 a.m. She was to appear in court April 26.

Nicole Ouellet, 51, of Jasmine Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:05 p.m. She was to appear in court April 26.
