FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for April 29 - May 3, 2023, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

April 29

Stephen A. Pianka, 37, of Country Lane, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:40 a.m. He will appear in court May 9.

April 28

Davenia M. Poe Goulding, 35, of East 46th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny; two counts of having greater than $500 on a revoked payment card; three counts of criminal impersonation; three counts of third-degree forgery; and third-degree identity theft at 5:21 a.m. She was to appear in court April 28.

April 30

Zahid Rahamat, 27, of Coe Road, Wolcott, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:33 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.

May 3

Amanda Cerra Jacobs, 35, of Spicewood Lane, Kensington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; failure to drive in the proper lane; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without insurance; possession of a controlled substance; engaging police in pursuit; and failure to keep narcotics in the original container at 8:26 p.m. She will appear in court May 10.

John D. Newson, 34, of Flatbush Avenuey, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8:20 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.
