Jay R. Popielarczyk, 63, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 10:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 5.

Andrew Joseph Aubin, 52, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:56 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 13.
Sept. 2
Russell Getz, 39, of West Street, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:55 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 13.
Sept. 6
Thomas P. Sullivan, 30, of Somers Road, Ellington, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree larcenyat 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 6.
