Kenisha Ivette Whitehead, 38, of South Road, Farmington, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:42 p.m. She was to appear in court July 19.

Santeena Shana Bailey, 25, of Tower Avenue, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 8:10 p.m. She will appear in court July 26.
Shaheem Neisha Palmer, 26, of East Raymond Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 8:10 p.m. She will appear in court July 26.
Crystal Stewart, 26, of Tower Avenue, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 8:10 p.m. She will appear in court July 26.

Antonio Deleg, 24, of High Park Avenue, Stratford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; reckless driving; disorderly conduct; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of motor vehicle racing requirements at 7:17 p.m. He will appear in court July 25.
July 19
Jesus Sotelo-Sanchez, 20, of Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, was charged with with first-degree criminal mischief; reckless driving; disorderly conduct; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of motor vehicle racing requirements at 12:45 p.m. He will appear in court July 25.
