July 19

Jesus Sotelo-Sanchez, 20, of Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; reckless driving; disorderly conduct; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of motor vehicle racing requirements at 12:45 a.m. He was to appear in court July 25.

Travis Andrew Mancini, 19, of Middle Road, Farmington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:40 p.m. He was to appear in court July 21.

Tayden Jaimi Rose, 19, of Warren Avenue, Whitman, Mass., was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; reckless driving; disorderly conduct; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of motor vehicle racing regulations at 3:20 p.m. He was to appear in court July 25.

Devin Nicholas Coulstring, 21, of Bedford Street, Whitman, Mass., was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; reckless driving; disorderly conduct; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of motor vehicle racing regulations at 2:17 p.m. He was to appear in court June 25.

Alexander Julius Ortiz, 18, of Perry Avenue, West Bridgewater, Mass., was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; reckless driving; disorderly conduct; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of motor vehicle racing requirements at 9:52 a.m. He was to appear in court July 25.

July 21

Mark J. Bishop, 47, of Maiden Lane, Plainville, was charged with speeding; failure to drive in the proper lane; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol at 1:45 a.m. He will appear in court July 2.

July 22

Anthony Chrod Holmes, 43, of King Court, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and failure to respond to an infraction at 4:20 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Edward Joseph Ciesielski, 28, of Fienemann Road, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; criminal possession of a pistol/revolver; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle at 3:10 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 3.

July 25

Anthony Zeolla, 50, of Spring Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree harassment at 10:11 p.m. He was to appear in court July 26.

Waldemar Rodriguez, 22, of Chestunt Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree harassment at 5:15 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 2.
