Juan Carlos Diaz, 39, of Indian Hill Street, East Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; sixth-degree larceny; and possession of a controlled substance at 5:51 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 9.

Michael Scott Pickering, 41, of Woodbine Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree beach of peace; second-degree harassment; threat of intimidation based on bigotry/bias; and second-degree stalking/fear of physical safety at 10:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.
Joseph Kriner, 25, of Conifer Lane, Avon, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:15 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 16.

Anna Szikla, 66, of Donahue Road, Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She will appear in court Aug. 16.
Aug. 7
Tucker A. Sisti, 39, of Pond Street, Farmington, was charged with improper turns and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:17 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 16.
Aug. 8
Sergio Andres Murillo-Rua, 21, of Parist Street, East Boston, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:27 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 16.
