Jose Camacho Diaz, 61, of Emmett Street, Bristol, was charged with breach of peace at 12:30 p.m. He will appear in court May 16.
May 9

Jeffrey Rustic Howlett, 63, of Colchester Avenue, East Hampton, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:32 a.m. He was to appear in court May 10.
May 10
James M. Obrien, 52, of Kelsey Hill Road, Deep River, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:43 a.m. He will appear in court May 16.
May 11
Rafael Rivera, 46, of Chapman Street, Hartford, was charged with three counts of fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; and sixth-degree larceny at 9:20 a.m. He was to appear in court May 11.
Shae Alyse Hoxie, 37, of Colton Street, Windor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 9 .m. She was to appear in court May 11.
