May 13

Jane Marie Alderman, 61, of Lakeshore Drive, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:23 p.m. She will appear in court May 23.

Davon Deandre Brown, 22, of Burwell Street, New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court May 15.

May 14

Anthony Zeolla, 50, of Spring Lane, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:05 a.m. He will appear in court May 24.

May 16

Ryan Michael Tourangeau, 30, of Goodyear Street, New Haven, was charged with first-degree stalking; criminal violation of a protective order; first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation at 7:30 a.m. He was to appear in court May 16.

Anthony Zeolla, 50, of Spring Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree harassment; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and criminal violation of a protective order at 9:36 p.m. He was to appear in court May 17.

May 17

Keith Khalid Brown, 41, of Helena Lane, Windsor Locks, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; failure to drive in the proper lane; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol at 9:17 p.m. He will appear in court May 23.
