Alexander Davis, 22, Crest Street, Waterbury, was charged with failure to appear in court at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 12.
Jeffrey Vaughn Holiwell, 48, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:59 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 8.

Travis Mancini, 19, of Arch Street, New Britain, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order at 11:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 8.
Sept. 9
Christopher A. Field, 46, of Asylum Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:46 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 20.
Christian Alexis Gutierrez, 25, of West Preston Street, Hartford, was charged with simple trespass; second-degree breach of peace; and public indecency at 3:42 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 20.
Sept. 10
Carlos Enrique Rivera, 26, of Lasalle Street, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 5:11 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.
Lawrence Bempong, 64 of Canfield Way, Avon, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:01 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 20.
Sept. 11
Laura Manka, 53, of Butternut Street, Middletown, was charged with speeding; criminal impersonation; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension at 10:58 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 12.
Sept. 13
Joshua Edward Popielarczyk, 29, of Avonwood Road, Avon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault of an elderly victim; violation of a protective order; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 10:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 14.
