Chaz McElroy, 37, of Governor Street, New Britain, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:31 a.m. He will appear in court April 24.

Kevin Rodolfo Cruz-Quillupagui, 25, of Orange Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 4:32 p.m. He will appear in court April 24.

Bruno Fernandes, 47, of Northwest Drive, Plainville, was charged with illegal operation of an unregistered motor vehicle; operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; second-degree breach of peace; illegal sale/delivery of liquor to a minor; and falsifying marker/registration plates at 9:32 a.m. He will appear in court April 24.
