April 19

Lesmisha Quinones-Correa, 23, of Baldwin Street, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary at 2:23 p.m. She will appear in court April 30.

Branden Jay Cooper, 24, of Quaker Lane, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:11 p.m. He will appear in court May 1.

Kimberley Marie Cosmos, 43, of Ward Place, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; illegal possession of a shoplifting device; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 7:30 p.m. She will appear in court May 1.

April 21

Toni Jean Flowers, 41, of Abbe Road, Enfield, was charged with failure to display lights and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:36 a.m. She will appear in court May 1.

April 22

Jeffrey Daniel Higgins, 36, of School Street, Bristol, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 1:30 a.m. He will appear in court April 30.
