FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for April 18 to April 29, 2026, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

April 23

Gregory Robert Fernstrom, 25, of France Street, Rocky Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, and threatening at 6:46 p.m. He was to appear in court April 24.

Moussa Faye, 32, of Canterbury Court, Danbury, was charged with second-degree strangulation, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child, and threatening at 12:42 a.m. He was to appear in court April 24.

April 25

Edward Charette, 51, of Allentown Road, Wolcott, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He will appear in court May 11.

April 27

Nichole Marie Caron, 43, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 8:38 p.m. She was to appear in court April 28.

Devin Gregory Faulkner, 33, of Judd Street, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:41 p.m. He was to appear in court April 28.

Cheikhou Seck, 24, of Enfield Street, Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court April 28.

April 28

Brian Noel Gonzalez, 32, of Lawlor Street, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:06 p.m. He was to appear in court April 29.

Chazarae Lee Collins, 32, of Sargeant Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, violation of a protective order, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:09 p.m. He was to appear in court April 29.

Jordan Xavier Burns Cruz, 19, of Greenwood Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, first-degree reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a firearm without a serial number, illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine, and negligent storage of a firearm at 1:09 p.m. He was to appear in court April 29.

Jaiden Tyreik Bethea, 20, of West Pearl Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit illegal taking of a payment card, spending more than $500 with a revoked payment card, conspiracy to spend more than $500 on a revoked payment card, conspiracy to use an illegally obtained credit card, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, and third-degree identity theft at 10:43 a.m. He was to appear in court April 28.
