FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for April 25-April 29, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

April 25

Andrew Scott Garfinkel, 60, of Schenectady Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment at 11:59 a.m. He was to appear in court April 26.

Marc J. Paparazzo, 35, of Sheffield Lane, Bristol, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court April 29.

April 28

Michael Lee Cooper, 31, of Spring Street, Glastonbury, was charged with firearms trafficking and illegal display of a firearm at 4:52 p.m. He will appear in court May 7.

Gregory E. Wiggins, 32, of Oak Street, Waterbury, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm; carrying a pistol without a permit; and illegal display of a firearm at 4:52 p.m. He will appear in court May 7.

April 29

Thomas E. Ferracci, 55, of Garden Path, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and criminal violation of a restraining order at 7:46 p.m. He was to appear in court May 1.
