Alan Scott Tischer, 62, of Rudolph Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely (accident) at 3:37 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 19.

Kyle Paul Webber, 22, of Broad Place, Bristol, was charged with speeding, violating traffic control signals, failure to display lights, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:02 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 26.

Eric Javier Jara, 23, of Alexander Road, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper parking, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:15 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 26.

Aug. 18

Dominick Michael Borghese, 57, of Olson Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening at 1:02 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 19.

Aug. 20

David Andrew Carroll, 64, of Brittany Farms Road, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault at 4:34 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 27.

Denis Deda, 36, of Brookview Circle, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, disobeying the signal of an officer, reckless driving, risk of injury to a child, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 10:51 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 27.
