Prince-Jadon Humphrey, 18, of Talcott Forest Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; possession of alcohol by a minor; and threatening at 10:53 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.

Luis Geraldo Leon, 33, of East Center Street, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 2:06 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.
Jose Anibal Torres, 53, of East Center Street, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 1:51 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.
