Julie L. Alexander, 52, of Nahum Drive, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a child at 5:45 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 27.
Alison Lee, 54, of Center Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 9:31 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 14.

Aug. 14
Anna Victoria Dupaul, 31, of Pine Hill Road, Thomaston, was charged with failure to drive on the right and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:38 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 28.
Aug. 15
Jordan Christopher Krajick, 29, of Perry Street, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:41 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 17.
Alexis Rose Anderson, 32, of Boyd Street, Winchester, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:38 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 17.
Matthew Bernard Walker, 51, of Lakeshore Drive, Farmington, was charged with violation of traffic control signals and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:31 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 28.
Aug. 16
Frederick B. Tharin, 32, of Chestnut Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:28 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 31.
Aug. 19
Mattingly Kyra Rock, 19, of Westview Terrace, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive on the right, driving under the influence with a BAC of .02 and being less than 21, failure to obey a stop sign, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street/highway at 2:27 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 2.
