Luke Wilkening Thomsen, 37, of Kelly Road, South Windsor, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia; sixth-degree larceny; and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 7:56 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 28.
Gregory Alan Hofler, 30, of Colt Highway, Farmington, was charged with possession of child pornography at 12:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 27.

Trevor Douglas Bryn, 33, of Frost Street, Plantsville, was charged with two counts of violation of a standing criminal protective order at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 21.
Prince-Jadon Humphrey, 18, of Talcott Forest Road, Farmington, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:10 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 22.
Michael Vincent Musco, 42, of Main Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 21.

Jacob Andrew Salas, 23, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 7:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 22.
Aug. 24
Oxvaldo Emilio Vellon, 25, of Sumner Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and first-degree failure to appear in court at 7:18 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 25.
Michelle Martin Baisewicz, 26, of Main Street, New Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:27 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 4.

Jason Stephen Decillis, 47, of Keyes Street, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 26.
Lynn E. Strand, 43, of Garden Street, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:12 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 4.

Alexandra Valentin, 33, of Wilson Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:35 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 4.
Jovan Desmond Smith, 21, of Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 1 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 4.
Amy Marie Parsons, 47, of Jerome Avenue, Burlington, was charged with failure to comply with state traffic commission regulations; two motor vehicle violations regarding construction zones; and operating under the influence with a child under 18 as a passenger at 12:10 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 4.

Herby K. Collin, 38, of Folino Drive, Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief at 3:51 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 4.
