Aug. 28
Emily Marie Jurzynski, 37, of Pine Street, Bristol, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 10:45 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 3.

Javon Thorbourne, 30, of Kanungum Trial, Shelton, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mischief; two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery; second-degree robbery; first-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny; and two counts of second-degree breach of peace at 10:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 28.
Jadin James Coakley, 19, of Brittany Farms Road, New Britain, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 28.
Aug. 29
Luis Perez, 25, of Taylor Road, West Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; fifth-degree larceny; and possession of a controlled substance at 3:56 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 4.
Alexander Joseph Vassiliou, 19, of Baileyville Road, Middlefield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection; violation of tinted auto glass requirements; failure to stop on the right side of the road; negligent homicide with a motor vehicle; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; failure to wear a seat belt; possession of a controlled substance; illegal possession of cannabis products at 1:55 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 3.

Dzevad Udovcic, 31, of Heritage Drive, Avon, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 9:47 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 11.
Sept. 4
Yashira Roman-Perez, 36, of Cleveland Street, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:05 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 4.
