Dec. 13

Jesse Michael Marks, 30, of Prospect Street, Torrington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:34 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 13.

Dec. 15

Laura Manka, 54, of Wildwood Road, Simsbury, was charged with violation of probation at 3:08 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 16.

William E. Leers, 40, of Washington Circle, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 2:53 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 24.

Dec. 16

Luis Geraldo Leon, 33, of East Center Street, Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:17 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 16.

Mariek Vernell Dozier, 29, of Kensington Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and misuse of the emergency 911 phone number at 8:32 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 24.

Dec. 18

Anthony Jashem Mack, 37, of Mansfield Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 9:46 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 18.
