Dec. 28

Janyah Arabia Bruins, 18, of Stevens Street, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 3:24 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 8.

Francis William McLaughlin, 65, of Lido Road, Unionville, was charged with second-degree larceny by embezzlement at 6:47 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 7.

Leonel Balam Soto Nunez, 54, of Asylum Street, Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 12:32 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 30.

Dec. 29

Patrick Jan Augustyn, 30, of Paper Chase Drive, Farmington, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 2:33 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 8.

Joseph Ernest Lillo, 42, of Benjamin Road, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and physical threatening at 1:01 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 30.

Dec. 31

Jared J. Garand, 35, of Birth Street, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; and physical threatening at 1:28 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.
