Dec. 27, 2023

Francis Nicholas Driscoll, 51, of Bliss Memorial Road, Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 3.

David Carrion, 45, of Wethesfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with violation of probation; first-degree criminal trespassing; and sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m.He was to appear in court Dec. 28, 2023.

Dec. 29, 2023

Edward Roger Landry, 30, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct at 4:53 p. He was to appear in court Dec. 29, 2023.

Dec. 31, 2023

Theodore Jordan Smith, 27, of Pemberton Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; operating a motor vehicle without a license; failure to carry registration/insurance card; failure to display lights; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 7:56 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 10 and Jan. 12.

Lisa M. Brien, 59, of Spring Lane, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 4:17 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 10.

Matthew P. Lallis, 42, of Wordin Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with illegally obtaining prescription drugs and possession of a controlled substance at 8:18 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 9.

Jan. 1

Kevin Aidan Asencio, 26, of West Church Street, Spring Valley, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:39 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Kevin Sean McGeever, 28, of Lois Drive, Pearl River, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:59 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Annalisa Deproto, 42, of West Avon Road, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:31 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 10.
