FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Feb. 1-Feb. 7, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Feb. 1

Meghan G. Urban, 44, of Walnut Street, Winchester, was charged with seven counts of third-degree criminal trespassing; sixth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 1:11 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 7.

Sam Wesley Harris, 53, of Sunrise Terrace, Bristol, was charged with eight counts of third-degree criminal trespassing; sixth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 1:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 7.

Feb. 2

Christopher John Nixon, 25, of Alpine Drive, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; assault of a public safety officer; and third-degree assault at 10:37 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 5.

Syncear Shania Dawson, 24, of Granby Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts each of sixth-degree larceny; third-degree forgery; illegal possession of a shoplifting device; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10:05 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 2.

Pengyu Zong, 29, of Farmington Avenue, Farmington, was charged with seven counts of improper storage of a pistol/revolver in a motor vehicle at 6:08 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 3

Mark L. Bednarczyk, 29, of Redstone Way, Farmington, was charged with first-degree sexual assault at 12:25 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 6

Eliza Joan Kamm, 18, of Woods Run, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 3 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 7.

Parsa Fooladband, 23, of Canterbury Lane, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree physical threatening at 12:48 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 7.

Kermit Javier Alvarez, 35, North Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 6.

Feb. 7

Tyesha Shanay Compton, 29, of Lenox Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:56 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 14.

Melissa Ruiz, 39, of Hyshope Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; fourth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 4:40 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 28 for failure to appear and Feb. 13 for the other charges.

Alfredo Joel Rivera, 43, of Tolland Street, East Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 4:15 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 13.

Michelle Lynne Bailey, 42, of Pine Street, Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; first-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 11:36 a.m. She will appear in court Feb. 13.
