Angelita Rivera, 45, of Rubber Avenue, Naugatuck, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 8:25 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 28.
Marquitta Denane Matalkeh, 43, of Lake Street, Vernon, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and following too closely/causing an accident at 7:40 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 28.

Lloyd Devon Collins, 26, of Grace Avenue, Bronx, N.Y., was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 20.
Feb. 19
Klajdi Avdiaj, 31, of Faith Court, Newington, was charged with violation of probation at 6:20 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.
Joseph A. Cole, 59, of Dahlgren Road, Valatie, N.Y., was charged with first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 11:14 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.

Swaminath Natar Siva Sakthi, 39, of Harold Road, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:25 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 28.
Christy Marie Miles, 40, of Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 9 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 28.
Nathan Michael Kowalczyk, 29, of Sycamore Lane, Farmington, was charged with violation of traffic control signals and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 10 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 28.
Feb. 21
Michael Mercado, 34, of East Center Street, Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 10:41 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 28.
Joshua Edward Poplelarczyk, 29, of Birth Street, Farmington, was charged with reckless driving and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 10:03 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 21.
Oscar Santiago, 35, of Davis Drive, Bristol, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 9:55 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 21.
