Elizabeth M. Najamy, 62, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:32 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Raphael Cruz-Crespo, 29, of Charles Street, New Britain, was charged with improper use of marker plates/registration; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; reckless driving; passing at an unsafe distance; engaging police in pursuit; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 8:22 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Feb. 23

Mistokli Elmazaj, 41, of Carson Way, Simsbury, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:50 p.m. He will appear in court March 5.

Winston Virece Waller, 38, of Woodside Drive, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening at 1:43 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 24.

Ariteigh M. Bailey, 32, of Tanglewood Drive, Hamden, was charged with third-degree strangulation; second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; and threatening at 2:41 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 24.

Monique Taja Poitier, 30, of Judson Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 1:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 24.

Acelynn Rose Dionne, 18, of Harwinton Avenue, Plymouth, was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:17 a.m. She will appear in court March 4.

Feb. 24

Valentin Guerrero Remigio, 71, of Farmington Ridge Drive, Farmington, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault at 3:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 25.

Suen Aleichev Fairclough, 36, of Sigourney Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 9:24 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 24.

Feb. 25

William J. Marshall, 57, of Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 6:09 p.m. He will appear in court March 11.

Nasier Jahquan Lewis, 23, of Homestead Avenue, Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny at 11:41 a.m. He will appear in court March 5.

Gregory Lewis Schwartz, 40, of Liberty Square, Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:19 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 25.

Feb. 26

Damian Tray Bullock, 36, of Clifford Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing; reckless driving; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and engaging police in pursuit at 12:56 p.m. He will appear in court March 5.

Luis Perez, 26, of Main Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:19 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Jared J. Garand, 35, of Birch Street, Farmington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:59 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Joseph Wrotniak, 36, of Portage Crossing, Farmington, was charged with illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine at 8:14 a.m. He will appear in court March 5.
