FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Feb. 22-Feb. 28, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Feb. 22

Michael Bazzano, 25, of Burlington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 10:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 23.

James Allen Lockton, 56, of Woods Lane, Winchester, was charged with improper use of a high-beam light; failure to carry registration/insurance card; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and following too closely with an accident happening at 6:27 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Eric J. Seeds, 41, of Litchfield Road, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault of an elderly victim at 3:56 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Feb. 24

Gregory S. Lausier, 36, of Peck Lane, Bristol, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court at 10:29 p.m. He will appear in court March 5.

Anne Marie Rodriguez, 58, of South Main Street, Freeport, N.Y., was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 9:09 a.m. She will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 26

Daniel P. Frazee, 44, of Bond Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court; use of drug paraphernalia; sixth-degree larceny; and illegal possessoin of a shoplifting device at 3:55 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

David J. Shimeld, 31, of Village View Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 3:33 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 27

Angel Ramos Diaz, 39, of Burritt Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:24 a.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 28

Brian Farrell, 51, of Saw Mill Lane, Avon, was charged with violation of traffic control signals and operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs with a child under 18 as a passenger at 6:35 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Danna Ivette Lopez-Rivera, 27, of Pershing Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 12:05 p.m. She will appear in court March 11.
