Philip Michael Petta Jr., 30, of Cold Spring Road, Rocky Hill, was charged with second-degree larceny at 11:08 a.m. He will appear in court March 12.
Feb. 27

Enroy G. Thomas, 44, of Lyme Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:14 p.m. He will appear in court March 13.
Feb. 28
David P. Beskind, 54, of Stratton First Way, Simsbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, passing in a no-passing zone, traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and drinking while driving at 10:33 p.m. He will appear in court March 16.
Johnathan Michael Thompson, 36, of Nunnawauk Road, Newtown, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:23 a.m. He was to appear in court March 2.
March 1
Alyssa Marie Dipietro, 30, of Cogswell Street, Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree larceny at 4:41 p.m. She will appear in court March 16.
Shivendran Vytheswaran, 24, of Bruce Road, Lexington, Mass., was charged with violating traffic control signals and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:36 a.m. He will appear in court March 16.
March 3
Joseph F. MacDonald Jr., 47, of Highland Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4 a.m. He will appear in court March 17.
Robert J. Boulay, 44, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. He will appear in court March 17.
