Michal Karczewski, 46, of Hickory Lane, Farmington, was charged with violation of a protective order; second-degree strangulation/suffocation; violation of a protective order; two counts of disorderly conduct; and third-degree assault at 8:42 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Kristin S. Stadelman, 37, of Elsie Street, Torrington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:49 p.m. She was to appear in court March 3.

March 1

Nicholas Kruszniewski, 22, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:10 p.m. He was to appear in court March 3.

Shadique Travon Monroe, 28, of Sisson Street, East Hartford, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:51 a.m. He will appear in court March 11.

March 2

Cristel Campbell, 35, of White Street, Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 5:19 p.m. She will appear in court March 11.

Kimone Swabbs, 28, of Kent Street, Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 5:19 p.m. She will appear in court March 11.

Raymond Ortiz, 41, of Hillside Circle, Windsor, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal carry of a firearm at 2:52 a.m. He will appear in court March 12.

March 4

Motown Marcello Beasley, 20, of Granby Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 8:11 p.m. He will appear in court March 12.
