Parris Ayanna Weaver-Bey, 33, of Bari Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 7 p.m. She was to appear in court March 1.

Dylan John Brown, 21, of Rossi Drive, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:33 a.m. He was to appear in court March 1.

March 2

Shelliany Cruz, 22, of Park Terrace, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court March 13.

Shakora Tasshia Mackey, 21, of Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court March 13.

Debran Dashana Moore, 24, of Winchester Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court March 13.

Brianna Mary Pierce, 23, of Prospect Street, Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court March 13.

March 4

Brandon P. Manuele, 30, of Magnolia Street, Newington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 4:02 p.m. He will appear in court March 12.

Natacha Millen, 33, of Town Colony Drive, Middletown, was charged with reckless driving and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:11 a.m. She will appear in court March 13.

March 6

Lazaro Molina, 41, of Winchester Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:44 p.m. He was to appear in court March 7.

Tyler Blancato, 22, of Union Street, Southington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; traveling too fast for conditions; operating with unsafe tires; reckless driving; and failure to comply with pass-on-right rules at 6:43 p.m. He will appear in court March 13.

Parsa Fooladband, 23, of Canterbury Lane, Farmington, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment; third-degree computer crime; disseminating intimate images to a person; and disseminating intimate images to more than one person at 2:34 p.m. He will appear in court March 12.
