David Fonda, 41, of Lathrop Lane, Rocky Hill, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 12:53 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 4

Joshua Michael Tripp, 19, of Maple Street, Winchester, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction at 5:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 13.

Victor Manuel Ortiz, 19, of Monroe Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny and larceny of a motor vehicle at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 4.

Feb. 6

David F. Alciati, 54, of Valley View Drive, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 11:46 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 7.

Feb. 8

Dwayne Green, 39, of West Boulevard, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:03 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Feb. 9

Regina M. Lawrence, 38, of Hall Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; operating a motor vehicle without a license; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 1:27 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 19.

Lisa A. Ciesla, 37, of Riverside Drive, Branford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:14 a.m. She will appear in court Feb. 19.

Feb. 11

Lazaro Daniel Ramirez Lauzurica, 26, of Nadine Lane, Lehigh Acres, Fla., was charged with illegal possession of a personal identification information device at 2 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.
