Madeline Jean Marie Sauvageau, 24, of Bolton Road, Vernon, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:15 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 19.
Thanh Chi Pham, 39, of Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 10:19 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 5.

Feb. 9
Heaven Secret Flores, 20, of Fernwood Lane, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child, and third-degree assault at 9:04 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 10.
Feb. 10
Corey W. Casey, 33, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension at 8:02 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.
Feb. 11
Jacob Gerald Elsener, 23, of South Road, Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and threatening at 4:22 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 11.
Brian A. Brooks, 42, of Woodcreek Road, Burlington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in the proper lane, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:42 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.
Dandyei Miguel Gonzalez, 18, of Allen Street, New Britain, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny at 11:25 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 25.
