Maria Magdalena Chafia, 43, of Goodwin Street, East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny at 6:45 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 21.
Segundo Antonio Chaves, 18, of Goodwin Street, East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 6:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 21.

Polet Alexandra Lagua Guebla, 18, of Goodwin Street, East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny at 6 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 21.
Feb. 10
Eliste C. Vega, 36, of Park Road, West Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 6:45 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 13.
Feb. 11
Adnan Asad Seyal, 25, of Hidden Meadows Court, Green Cove Springs, Fla., was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.
Feb. 12
Julian J. Negron, 43, of Adna Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to obey traffic control signals; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 3:03 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 21.
Thomas Edward Ferracci, 55, of Garden Path, Farmington, was charged with reckless driving; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 6:57 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 13.
Feb. 14
Karlington Omar Bennett, 46, of Springdale Avenue, Meriden, was charged with third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; and organized retail theft at 5:44 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.
Taj Marie Lynch, 37, of Springdale Avenue, Meriden, was charged with third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; and organized retail theft at 4:50 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 20.
