Michael Mangiafico, 60, of Hidden Oak Drive, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; disobeying the signal of an officer; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 5:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 16.
Giuseppe Benedetto Angileri, 48, of Mansfield Grove Road, East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny at 9:34 a.m. He was to appear in court on Jan. 11.

Jan. 14
Campo Juan Alicea, 19, of Farmington Avenue, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; driving under the influence with a .02 blood alcohol content for a person under 21; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:47 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 24.
Jan. 16
Robert Derron Hinton, 44, of Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:21 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 23.
Jesse M. Crystal-Eisenberg, 39, of Church Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:22 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 24.
Jack Reynolds, 18, of Trails End Drive, Canton, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; failure to insure a private vehicle; operating a motor vehicle without a license; reckless driving; and engaging police in pursuit at 1:08 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 24.
Jan. 17
Hector Noel Martinez, 26, of Farm Glen Boulevard, Farmington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:33 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 18.
