Jan. 17

Anthony Kwami Riley, 19, of Rood Avenue, Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 8:26 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Michael Mangiafico, 61, of Hidden Oak Drive, Farmington, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence; and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 5:25 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Jan. 19

Besnik Spataj, 19, of South Interstate 35, Austin, Texas, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 4:35 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.
