FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Jan. 25-Jan. 31, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Jan. 25

Michele Nanfito, 54, of Newfield Street, Middletown, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction at 4 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 31.

Jan. 26

Elijah Rahmel Rodriguez, 19, of Randolph Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:47 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 7.

Lu Joie Dyanne Domingo, 21, of Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 9:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 29.

Jan. 27

Musen Bwana Abdulkadir, 22, of Avonwood Road, Avon, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; failure to renew registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; failure to insure a private vehicle; and falsifying marker/license/registration at 7:30 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 7.

Brittany Shanell Dudley, 33, of Main Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; two counts of failure to appear in court; and organized retail theft at 4 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 6.

Rashaan Khadafi Fredericks, 43, of Burton Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; assault of a public safety officer; third-degree assault; and organized retail theft at 3:10 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 6.

Lawrence C. Brooks, 69, of Orchard Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; and second-degree physical threatening at 10:22 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 29.

Jan. 29

Katharina Maria West, 30, of Oxford Street, Harford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; traveling too fast for condition; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:33 a.m. She will appear in court Feb. 7.

Parsa Foolaband, 23, of Canterbury Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; second-degree harassment; and second-degree physical threatening at 12:01 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 7.

Jan. 31

Carol Austad, 77, of Wellington Street, New Britain, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:30 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 7.

Eric R. Stebbins, 40, of Fir Lane, Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 3:06 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 7.
