Mark Libhaber Bednarczyk, 31, of Redstone Way, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive on the right, failure to obey a stop sign, and reckless driving at 11:39 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 22.

Takalia Baldwin, 45, of Addison Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 7:49 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 28.

Helene Joyce Hans, 27, of Farmington Avenue, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive on the right, improper use of marker/license/registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, traveling too fast for conditions, failure to display plates/inserts, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 6:30 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 28.

Anthony Garland Avery, 57, of Connecticut Avenue, Stamford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 13.

Ninoshka Yasiry Figueroa Robles, 27, of Coe Street, Waterbury, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and harmful communication with a minor (sharing photos) at 7:42 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 28.
