July 17

Phoenix Pothitay, 29, of Dana Drive, Plainville, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:54 a.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 18

Jeffrey Payne, 36, of 1st Street, Hamden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, second-degree breach of peace, operating a motor vehicle without a license, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, third-degree assault, and third-degree suffocation/strangulation at 4:46 p.m. He was to appear in court July 20.

Peter T. McNaboe, 43, of Woodside Drive, Farmington, was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:15 a.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 20

Anthony Zeolia, 53, of Clover Court, Avon, was charged with violation of probation at 8:57 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.

July 21

Luke Razo, 26, of South Street Extension, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle at 6:54 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 4.

Jefzabdiel Roman Reyes, 20, of Lawrence Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, stealing a firearm, and carrying a pistol without a permit at noon. He will appear in court Aug. 4.
