July 17

Barbara Hasluk, 64, of Wilson Court, Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 5:10 p.m. She was to appear in court July 24.

Alyssa Shantel Stewart, 27, of Barbour Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:01 p.m. She was to appear in court July 18.

Luis Rodriguez, 26, of Nutmeg Lane, East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree criminal mischief; two counts of criminal attempt at third-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; third-degree burglary; and first-degree criminal mischief at 9:46 a.m. He was to appear in court July 17.

July 18

Eduardo Carmona, 43, of Adelaide Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:223 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Scott C. Weidt, 50, of Boulevard Street, West Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:52 a.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 22

Norris Homer McLeod, 35, of Sumner Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 7:45 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

Ramone Ricardo Reid, 29, of Irving Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; illegal possession of a shoplifting device; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and violation of probation at 7:45 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 23

Edward C. Fyler, 71, of Depot Street, East Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 12:45 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 24

Arycelise Kazzandra Medero-Navarro, 23, of Saybrooke Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:45 a.m. She will appear in court July 31.
