July 22

Natasha Caprice Blanchard, 25, of Hilltop Drive, Simsbury, was charged with unsafe backing, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 5:43 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 5.

July 23

Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 37, of Saybrooke Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:43 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 6.

Timothy Wesley Gray, 23, of Trumbull Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny at 10:18 a.m. He was to appear in court July 23.

July 25

Seth Thomas Roger Eastman, 28, of Town Farm Road, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 1:19 p.m. He was to appear in court July 27.

July 27

Courtney Stanwicks, 41, of Brook Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 2:11 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 10.

July 28

Marissa Sophia Ramirez-Rivera, 25, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 9:50 p.m. She was to appear in court July 29.

Freddie Tharpe, 68, of Windsor Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8:49 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 11.

James Demetrios Sakellarios, 68, of Railroad Avenue, Farmington, was charged with violation of probation (two counts) at 5:33 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 6.

July 29

Michael Lenin Flores Muicela, 32, of Pleasant Street, Torrington, was charged with failure to drive on the right and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:19 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 12.

Christian Mora, 40, of Weston Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4 p.m. He was to appear in court July 30.

Leonard Hill, 44, of Farmington Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace at 8:20 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 12.
