Kevin C. Tolman, 66, of Sunset Terrace, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:29 p.m. He was to appear in court July 26.

Kevin C. Tolman, 66, of Sunset Terrace, Farmington, was charged with first-degree violation of condition of release at 12:14 p.m. He was to appear in court July 29.
Tornjilo Damali Hudson, 53, of Burritt Street, Southington, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order at 10:54 a.m. He was to appear in court July 29.
July 27
Juan Jose Torres, 28, of Silver Street, New Britain, was charged with speeding; improper use of marker/registration plate; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle without a license; failure to carry registration/insurance card; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension at 12:47 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 7.
July 29
Shervon Harvey Lecompte, 38, of Maple Avenue, Farmington, was charged with interfering with an emergency call; second-degree breach of peace; risk of injury to a child; and third-degree assault at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court July 30.
William E. Leers, 40, of Washington Circle, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:41 a.m. He was to appear in court July 30.
