Camren Lee Hoffman, 20, of Songbird Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:24 p.m. He was to appear in court March 12.

Krzysztof Bakowski, 46, of Crosswood Road, Farmington, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; and second-degree physical threatening at 9:35 p.m. He was to appear in court March 18.
March 18
Robert Aldous Howlett, 61, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; third-degree criminal mischief; and disorderly conduct at 9:30 p.m. He was to appear in court March 19.
Allison Dowling, 25, of Newington Avenue, New Britain, was charged with speeding; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; failure to insure a private vehicle; disobeying the signal of an officer; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; and engaging police in pursuit at 6:56 p.m. She will appear in court March 27.
Kevin Thomas Dukes, 27, of Fairlane Drive, New Britain, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree criminal mischief; and third-degree assault at 6:20 p.m. He was to appear in court March 19.
Meegan Allison Rossier, 34, of Dunne Avenue, Canton, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:04 p.m. She will appear in court March 27.

Robert Aidous Howlett, 61, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with second-degree violation of a conditional release at 1:55 p.m. He was to appear in court March 20.
David Tempe, 18, of Kaytonne Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He will appear in court March 27.

John Bicey King, 39, of Stafford Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1 p.m. He will appear in court March 27.
