March 19

William Martin, 40, of Union Street, Winsted, was charged with third-degree burglary and larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:36 a.m. He was to appear in court March 19.

Joseph Kenneth Johnson, 39, of Quinnipiac Avenue, New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny at 10:23 a.m. He was to appear in court March 19.

March 20

Christian Mora, 40, of Weston Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 6.

March 21

Suzanne A. Paolitto, 57, of Orchard Road, Farmington, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order at 11:38 p.m. She was to appear in court March 23.

Chassidy N. Cote, 37, of Huntington Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:57 p.m. She will appear in court April 6.

Ziane Destiney Ormsby, 21, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, and conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery at 1:40 p.m. She will appear in court April 6.

Kevin Christopher Witkos, 28, of Highledge Road, Canton, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, violation of traffic control signals, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:40 a.m. He will appear in court April 6.

March 22

Cory Burtchell, 49, of Asylum Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 5:37 p.m. She was to appear in court March 23.

March 23

Heaven Secret Flores, 20, of Fernwood Lane, Farmington, was charged with making a false statement and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:38 p.m. She will appear in court April 6.

O'Neil Valentin, 25, of South Street East, New Britain, was charged with making an improper turn, improper use of marker/license/registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, disobeying the signal of an officer, operating a motor vehicle without a license, unsafe backing, failure to display plates/inserts, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, illegal use of a motor vehicle under suspension, falsifying marker/license/registration, engaging police in pursuite, and reckless driving at 9:40 p.m. He was to appear in court March 24.

Alexis J. Caballero, 40, of Maple Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:37 p.m. He will appear in court April 6.

March 24

Janelle Lopez Burton, 32, of Columbus Boulevard, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 3:50 a.m. She will appear in court April 7.

Omy Wayne Rodriguez, 37, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:51 a.m. He will appear in court April 7.

Hannes Josue Guaman, 28, of Brimfield Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:19 p.m. He will appear in court April 7.

March 25

Alissah Laila Joseph, 20, of Stony Corners Circle, Avon, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to drive in the proper lane, criminal impersonation, driving under the inflence with a BAC less than .02 for someone under 21, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of alcohol by a minor, distracted driving, and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 5:04 p.m. She will appear in court April 8.

Hirtik Hemchand Khatri, 25, of Sherer Court, Lawrenceville, N.J., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, criminal attempt at first-degree larceny, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2:13 p.m. He was to appear in court March 26.

March 26

Abigail Elizabeth Bradley, 30, of Old Clinton Road, Westbrook, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 4:05 a.m. She will appear in court April 9.
