Kenneth Ray Petteway, 26, of Clover Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment at 7:20 p.m. He will appear in court April 2.
Owen Yael Rodriguez Ortiz, 21, of Edgewood Drive, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct and public indecency at 7:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 1.

Emmanuel Luis Rivera-Exias, 24, of Rustling Reed Road, Naugatuck, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order at 4:36 p.m. He was to appear in court March 24.
March 23
Toronjio Damail Hudson, 54, of Burritt Street, Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree criminal mischief; and disorderly conduct at 8:20 a.m. He was to appear in court March 24.
March 26
Cole Anthony Zommer, 22, of Talcott Notch Road, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and possession of a controlled substance at 4:26 p.m. He will appear in court April 1.
March 27
Jorge Hommy Delvalle, 29, of Bond Street, New Britain, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; disobeying the signal of an officer; reckless driving; and engaging police in pursuit at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 1.
Devlin Jordan Lavallee, 19, of South Street, Middlebury, was charged with first-degree larceny and larceny of a motor vehicle at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 2.
