March 9

Edward Lavon Johnson, 40, of Manning Lane, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1:18 p.m. He was to appear in court March 10.

March 10

Reno Cyr, 60, of Chamberlain Highway, Berlin, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:25 p.m. He will appear in court March 24.

March 11

Garrett M. Gomez, 35, of College Avenue, Torrington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:06 p.m. He will appear in court March 25.
