Ivelisse Torres-Maldonado, 34, of Garden Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and physical threatening at 5:40 p.m. She was to appear in court March 7.
Anngelina Gisela Morton, 18, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive on the right; traveling unreasonably fast; reckless driving; second-degree manslaughter; two counts of second-degree assault; and distracted driving at 5:10 p.m. She will next appear in court May 7.

Trinity Janai Greene, 20, of East Raymond Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:51 p.m. She was to appear in court March 11.
Ahziyah Chaunell Milner, 21, of Woodbridge Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:51 p.m. She was to appear in court March 11.
March 7
Jhonatan Calero, 32, of Jolley Drive, Bloomfield, was charged with violation of a protective order at 11:08 a.m. He was to appear in court March 10.
March 10
Gustavo Rocha Velasquez, 23, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief at 6:32 p.m. He will appear in court March 18.
