Erica Jasmine Rivera, 39, of Amanda Lane, Naugatuck, was charged with cruelty to animals at 11:35 a.m. She will appear in court March 20.
March 9

Jonathan Jesus Diaz Santos, 36, of Glen Street, New Britain, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plate; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; second-degree unlawful restraint; second-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and third-degree assault at 6:30 p.m. He was to appear in court March 11.
Kendrick Tyrese Burton, 50, of Main Street, Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree unlawful restration; interfering with an emergency call; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 3:13 p.m. He was to appear in court March 11.
Xavier Reyes, 25, of East Street, New Milford, was charged with third-degree burglary; second-degree criminal mischief; and fifth-degree larceny at 9:30 a.m. He will appear in court March 19.
March 10
Marion R. Hamblin, 50, of Bodwell Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 1:35 p.m. He will appear in court March 20.
March 11
Camren Lee Hoffman, 20, of Songbird Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:24 p.m. He was to appear in court March 12.
March 13
Kevin Thomas Dukes, 27, of Fairlane Drive, New Britain, was charged with third-degree stalking; simple trespassing; third-degree criminal mischief; and second-degree harassment at 10:35 p.m. He was to appear in court March 14.
Raiffe Keats Greenwood, 30, of Wellington Drive, Farmington, was charged with illegal operatoin of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:19 a.m. He will appear in court March 20.
