May 2

Jaybriel Jomar Claudio, 18, of Chestnut Street, New Britain, was charged with first-degree criminal trover and larceny of a motor vehicle at 9:32 a.m. He was to appear in court May 2.

Margo Stewart, 47, of Pinney Road, Bloomfield, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; failure to stop on the right side of the road; failure to display lights; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:28 p.m. She was to appear in court May 8.

May 4

Justin Jeremiah Mitchell, 31, of Spring Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 2:59 p.m. He will appear in court May 14.

Facundo Sebastian Ramos, 25, of Birch Street, Terryville, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 2:03 a.m. He will appear in court May 14.

Laqyla Denisha Foy, 32, of Homestead Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; two counts of risk of injury to a child; third-degree assault; fourth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 7 p.m. She will appear in court May 14.

Andre K. Stavis, 37, of Wetherell Street, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court May 6.

May 6

Malvin Duhamel Roman, 37, of Maple Street, Manchester, was charged with failure to respond; use of drug paraphernalia; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; and possession of a controlled substance at 9:21 p.m. He was to appear in court May 7.

Shatia Fluker, 37, of Lurton Street, New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 9:21 p.m. He will appear in court May 15.

Michael A. Ramchandani, 44, of East Gate Lane, Hamden, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court; two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 9:55 p.m. He will appear in court May 15.

May 8

Saul L. Santos, 45, of Beaver Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:46 p.m. He will appear in court May 15.
