FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Nov. 19 - Nov. 25, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Garrett Erskine Ruedemann, 21, of Beth Lane, Waterbury, was charged with violating traffic control signals; traveling unreasonably fast; reckless driving; and engaging police in pursuit at 5:07 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 27.

Jose Anibal Martinez, 33, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires; operating a motor vehicle without a license; reckless driving; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; second-degree reckless endangerment; failure to wear a seat belt; engaging police in pursuit; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 11:10 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 19.

Nov. 20

Jesus Manuel Ramos, 40, of Columbus Avenue, Dunkirk, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 10:48 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Monazha Akina Lacy, 25, of Park Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation at 5:06 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 27.

Nov. 21

Talal Algozy, 42, of Wilcox Street, New Britain, was charged with following too closely; failure to display lights; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and evading responsibility for injuries/property damage at 10:08 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 4.

Matthew Riccardi, 37, of Mountain Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and physical threatening at 3:33 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 27.

Miguel Agusti De La Colina Palomino, 32, of Cliff Drive, Alexandria, Va., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and criminal attempt at first-degree burglary at 9:35 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Alexandria Ninoska Bravo Valencia, 27, of Cliff Drive, Alexandria, Va., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Nov. 23

Edrick Santiago, 30, of Orchard Street, East Hartford, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; and illegal possession with intent to sell narcotics/cannabis at 9:20 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 3.

Lisa H. Brenner, 50, of Ardmore Road, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:29 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 4.

Nov. 25

Jeanna Marie Werner, 35, of East Opal Drive, Glastonbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and physical threatening at 10:19 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 4.
