FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Nov. 2 - Nov. 6, 2024, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Nov. 2

Juan C. Jacinto, 37, of Grandview Terrace, Hartford, was charged with failure to renew registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and drinking while driving at 12:46 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 13.

Nov. 4

Victoria Aldyth Stephenson, 31, of Lisbon Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 9:42 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 13.

Andrew David Devin, 30, of Taine Mountain Road, Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief at 5:47 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 13.

Tracy Lee Edwards, 46, of Earle Street, Hartford, was charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court; use of drug paraphernalia; first-degree criminal trespassing; and sixth-degree larceny at 3:36 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 5.

Nov. 5

Bryant Serrano, 26, of Lawrence Street, Hartford, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates; failure to renew registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; third-degree larceny; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; reckless driving; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; engaging police in pursuit; and evading responsibility at 3:32 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 5.

Anthony J. Dambrosio, 29, of Main Street, Terryville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:12 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 5.

Nov. 6

Lisa M. Shepard, 39, of Hop River Road, Bolton, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:55 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 13.

Israel A. Colon, 27, of Norwich Street, Hartford, was charged with physical threatening at 11:17 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

John Scott Pappajohn, 62, of East Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:05 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.
