Nov. 26

Michael Anthony Leone, 71, of Claremont Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency at 12:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Nov. 28

Brian A. Howard, 34, of Knollwood Road, Farmington, was charged with misuse of the emergency 911 system and disorderly conduct at 2:36 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 3.

Shania Jean Vollmer, 28, of Main Street, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:28 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Nov. 30

James Othello Powell, 56, of Benjamin Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely (accident) at 9:46 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 11.

Dec. 2

Joseph A. Alvelo, 43, of Farmington Chase, Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 9:07 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 11.
