Charmaine R. Murphy-Chambers, 54, of Granby Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of third-degree forgery and two counts of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10:10 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 5.

Dec. 1

Roger C. Chimney, 56, of Washington Street, Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree larceny at 1:31 P.M. He will appear in court Dec. 12.

Osvaldo Emilio Vellon, 24, of Bodwell Street, Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment at 11:53 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Dec. 2

Cardia Suzette Powell, 32, of Gayle Drive, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:10 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 13.

Dec. 4

Kayleigh A. Varela, 32, of Farmington Avenue, Farmington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 8:58 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 13.

Dec. 5

Mark Anthony Zommer, 59, of Talcott Notch Road, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 3:20 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 13.

Latavia Chardae Ansari, 26, of Westland Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree physical threatening at 10:45 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 13.

William E. Leers, 39, of Washington Circle, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; first-degree reckless endangerment; and second-degree physical threatening at 8:35 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.

Dec. 6

William E. Leers, 39, of Washington Circle, Farmington, was charged with violation of a protective order; first-degree criminal trespassing; and disorderly conduct at 8:47 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 8.

Jason P. Felice, 38, of Farmington Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 6:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 7.

Ashley Gondeck, 37, of Farmington Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 3:45 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 13.
